More than 35 years ago, Nikolaus Ziegert founded his namesake company, which has always been successfully brokering condominiums, advising on the financing of real estate, and developing forward-looking projects together with partners. Today, he still supports the Ziegert EverEstate management team with his experience and expertise in all real estate matters and in the further development of the company.
Dr. Clemens Paschke can look back on an impressive career. The CEO of Ziegert EverEstate GmbH not only completed his doctorate in finance and made a name for himself at McKinsey, but also founded FinTech Lendico in 2013, which merged with ING-DiBa in 2018. Today, he uses the know-how gained in this process for the operational management of Ziegert EverEstate.
Studied tech virtuoso Tom Hibbert was instrumental in the development of Google's first news search engine at moreover.com, making internet history. After managing large IT teams at J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Scope, Tom Hibbert now devotes himself to leading the tech team at Ziegert EverEstate, acting as a bridge between management and employees and keeping an eye on the digital development of our company.
Chief Commercial Officer Stephanie has been an integral part of the Ziegert Group for over 10 years. As Head of Sales and Financing, the experienced bank clerk was entrusted with strengthening the two divisions and was responsible for setting up and managing the internal financing department. Since 2018 Stephanie has headed the Key Account Management department, which advises our strategic partners in the acquisition, development, and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy and serves as a direct contact for the developers in the sales phase.
Chief Sales Officer Franko Došen has been demonstrating his good instincts for the real estate industry since 2011. He worked in sales for more than 20 years, working with well-known Berlin property developers. Good service, a smooth customer journey, and a love for the product are top priorities for the self-made man, who celebrated international success with specially developed and patented products before the age of 26. With sensitivity, he prepares our real estate consultants for the next profitable customer contact.
From offline to online, SEO to branding, blog post to exposé: Kateryna’s marketing expertise is extensive. Her thirst for knowledge and her enthusiasm for innovation led the native Ukrainian across Europe, from Milan, where she completed her master's in marketing management, to Berlin, where she joined Ziegert EverEstate. Today the marketing maestro leads the ever-growing marketing and creative teams and skilfully incorporates the knowledge she gained at FinLeap and Project A, among others.
After relevant project management experience at Boston Consulting Group and ZIEGERT, Nanette was responsible for the production processes of real estate projects as Head of Operations for two years at EverEstate. Now, the experienced manager is working hard as Head of Product at Ziegert EverEstate to drive the digital agenda and implement product ideas from conception to strategic delivery. Nanette’s relentless desire to find a solution to customers’ needs, along with her years of real estate industry knowledge, drives her to success as she leads a growing team to produce a competitive product.
An impressive career led the lawyer and politician Otto Schilly to the Bundestag, where he held the office of Federal Minister of the Interior from 1998 to 2005. With the conviction that home ownership should be more strongly promoted and made more easily accessible to private buyers, he now supports Ziegert EverEstate as an advisor.
